In 2020 I thought it was a time for a 'flick of change' in the quality of outputs and long-term account management.
I realised that most agencies oversold and then under-delivered by allowing juniors to do the work after a few months, which resulted in a drop in quality or staggered results after about 6 months.
Yes, you'll still see and speak with the senior, but how often will they re-do that research ('Analysis' stage) and strategy ('Ideation' stage)? Chances are the junior will do most of the work after the fourth month, and you'll be getting a disconnected strategy from that senior person.
And that's when I got the idea:
