An Audit typically takes 10-30 miniature review of the current state of the account to scope the potential for obvious and quick improvements. While the feedback can yield returns, it has a higher risk to reward ratio because of the trigger-happy nature of the feedback. I.e. they are too surface level.
A Strategic Plan typically takes 2-4 hours, and focused on reviewing about 191 high-impact aspects of the account, and narrows in on a half-full or two of highly relevance ones to the account. I.e. everything is reviewed by a few things are surfaced. The file in this link contains an example of what is reviewed.
An Uplift Project 2-4 weeks, and expands the focus on other things that would impact the performance, including the website. And all relevant recommendations are provided. The typical outputs are as in the above screenshots, and include 10–50 Bottlenecks, 100–500 New Keywords, 10–50 Design Tweaks, 10–50 Text Rewrites, 10–50 Ad Tweaks.
